The risk framework below is aligned with proSEED’s current platform structure including the TGE Hub (Pre-TGE/Post-TGE), Commitry, GIG Portal, Sphere Marketplace, Social/Forum, Earn (tasks + referrals), and the wallet/transactions layer, and is designed to evolve as the platform scales.
Risk Management Framework
1. Regulatory and Compliance Risk
Description Crypto and token-based ecosystems operate under rapidly changing regulations. Risk areas include token distributions, fundraising models (launchpad-style activities), custody/transaction flows, sanctions exposure, marketing claims, and cross-border compliance obligations.
